Another "Shake-up" in Atlanta Radio!

Wow! Major changes going on at Kicks and Eagle. Check out the AJC story here. Some good friends are joining me on the street. I wish them all well.

Georgia Sunset

Did you see the great sunset last night? Of course you didn't. You have more important things to do. Me ... well, I have some free time now and then so I watch the skies. And sometimes ... I watch the neighbors. Not that there is anything wrong with that!

What to do ... what to do?

I am at a crossroads in life. I really don't want to relocate away from Georgia and I really would like to remain on the radio airwaves here in Atlanta, but let's just say that my phone has not been ringing off the hook. (The fact I haven't paid my phone bill since October may have something to do with that?) So, whenever I make a life altering change in my life, I put my trust in the hands of people who I know will point me in the right direction ... complete strangers. That would be you! So with that in mind, please take part of this week's poll question ... "What should I do with my life?" I am in no real hurry, but an answer by next week would be good. In the meantime, it's back to cleaning out the basement. By the way ... "cleaning out the basement" is NOT one of choices in the poll although my wife thinks it should be.

What Happened to Jessica?

How many emails have I received asking me ... "Where's Jessica?" Jess, as you all remember, was the Randy & Spiff morning show producer at Cool 105.7 and 94.9 Lite FM. She was actually the main cog to the show but we never told her that in fear she might start making demands of us. Well ... I am thrilled to report that effective today Jessica is the new morning show producer for "The Kevin & Taylor Show" on 104.7 The Fish. Congrats Jessica!!! Now, if only I could find a job. Gotta go ... I don't want to miss "Regis and Kelly".

Spring?

Sure it will be in the 20's tonight. But this daffodil says that spring is almost here! Can a job be far behind? My wife Janet tells me that I better have a job by spring or I may not see summer ... if you know what I mean? And I think that you do.
